Indicator audio alerts INOP

Is anyone having this problem besides me? I have two of the free Ninjacator indicators and both are audio alarm equipped and both alarms do not work. Chris from Ninjacators has assured me that they have been tested and all checks good but they don't work for me. Other (paid) indicator alarms and audio features of NT8 work just fine. Tech support from both sides of this have referred me back to the other.
Anyone besides me?

I'm happy to check into this with you if you would please email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170620.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Will do and thank you... I can't bitc* really, after all it's free ... But would def like to have it working... I'm afraid to buy the paid version & have the same problem...
