Problem loading index chart (chart blank)

Hello,

I am experiencing the following situation:


1- Google and Kinetic connections are working fine for stocks


2- When I try to load a chart for any preinstalled index using Google, the result is an empty chart without any error message

3- An empty chart without any error message also is the result when I manually add the IBOV index, for which I've tried the Google symbols IBOV, BVMF:IBOV and INDEXBVMF:IBOV

4-If I change the preferred connection for historical data (indexes) to Kinetic, all preinstalled indexes work but IBOV (using the Kynetic symbol BVSP.X) still generates an empty chart.

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your note.

This would be expected with Google, which only supports Equities and does not support Index instruments. I have provided a link below to the NinjaTrader 8 Help Guide that goes over understanding the data provided by your connectivity provider.

Also, this Index would not be avialable through Kinetick. The only IBOV items available with Kinetick would be Futures instruments,- the IBOVESPA stock index Futures instruments. You can find Kinetick's Symbol Search at the below link:
