STOP LIMIT order greyed out on Chart Trader

Hi,

My STOP LIMIT order is greyed out and I am unable to choose this as an order type.

I am using chart trader and the right click button.

I am currently using a demo account. When I use market replay feature, the STOP LIMIT order works fine.

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Hello pickles1101,

Unfortunately this is as expected when connected to FXCM. Stop limit orders are not supported with them. If you try to submit a stop limit order in the Dynamic SuperDOM for example, you will experience a pop up error that informs the provider does not support this order type.
