NinjaTrader Unusable When Downloading Historical Data

I've reported this before but will do so again.....

When downloading historical data NinjaTrader becomes unusable, whilst the UI is responsive (at least some of the time), new windows either don't function correctly or don't open. Attached is a video showing that a strategy analyser window won't even open and a chart won't load data. Data feed is Barchart and the downloader is downloading a significant volume of equity data. Available hardware resource is not a problem as the video also shows.

Can you provide an ETA for a fix. This should be simple to reproduce.

Log and trace files on their way.

It appears I can't even send you the log and trace files through the built in tool whilst the downloader is running, it just hangs on the sending request windows after clicking send. Will send in a min.
