Alerts not saving settings

I am finding I am having to go into alerts and re-enable my alerts after restarting.

Alerts/configured/properties/enabled. the check box needs rechecking everytime I restart.

I am saving the workspace and market analyser template evrytime.

Glad to help out. Within the Alerts > Configured > Properties, what is selected for Rearm Type?

Try setting to On Connect > OK> Workspaces > Save. Let me know if you see the same after restarting.

I have Play sound and a pop up massage set as alarm types

not sure where yo find this ?

Try setting to On Connect > OK> Workspaces > Save.

This is found in the Alerts window below the Enabled box. To check, right click on the chart or Market Analyzer > Alerts.

I have General: enabled>Name>Apply to< rearm type

You have found the correct settings. Next to Rearm type, there will be a drop-down menu. What is currently selected there when reviewing the alert?
