chart isn't updating bar in market replay

Chart isn't updating bar in market replay, i am using a demo version, not sure if that's the reason, basically i downloaded ES 9/17 data from the 29th may to the 9th june following steps on youtube ninja trader channel

i tried the market replay. the time was replaying but the chart is updating, so i fast forward the speed up to max, then some time later bars just pop up randomly at first, then resume to normal, hence i slow down the pace of the replay to 1x speed, then problem occurs again (plz see the attached file then you will see what i meant)

so i did a little bit of research and apparently i need to download the data and restart ninja trader 8 platform again and i did, but it didn't solve the problem

anyone who encountered that before pls help

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
