Candles not accurate when price spikes

Question...In NT7 when price spikes, the candle bars do not capture the entire movement of the spike. In other words the high/low of the price spike (as drawn by NT7 in real time) is a couple of ticks short of the actual price action. This forces me to reload all historical data in order to correct the candle bars. Has this been improved or corrected in NT8?

I'm using Interactive Brokers.

Can you please tell what instrument you have selected in NinjaTrader 7 when you experience such behavior? Please tell me what interval you have selected in the chart as well.

If you open a Time and Sales window at Control Center-->File-->New in NinjaTrader, do you see the entire movement that is not reflected in the chart?

What TWS version do you currently have installed? You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkstation in TWS. Please note that we support TWS 960.2g with NinjaTrader 7. If you have a different version, you can download and install TWS 960.2g from the IB connection guide below.
