What is the timezone of FXCM historical data?

Dear All,

I want to know the timezone of FXCM historical data,
previously I downloaded data from Tools - Historical data - Download, while connecting to FXCM , I guess it's historical data from FXCM?

Did it automatically convert into my local computer time? in this case, my timezone is GMT+7
