A Skeleton Backup File

Would it be possible to develop a new simplified backup file (in addition to the current normal backup file) that would not compromise a new clean install of Ninja....like possibly include hotkeys, custom trading hours templates, your custom Ninja Script Add Ons, Draw Tools properties....perhaps even chart templates (??)
....anything else...??

It takes quite a bit of time to redo everything for a clean install....something like this could be very helpful as long as it would not possibly compromise anything in the new install.....
