OCO (Unmanaged) expected behavior

Can you tell me if when using OCO (unmanaged programming) and I have 4 targets and 1 stop. Let's say:
profitTarget4 -> qty 1 -> $2303 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1"
profitTarget3 -> qty 1 -> $2302 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1"
profitTarget2 -> qty 1 -> $2301 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1"
profitTarget1 -> qty 1 -> $2300 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1"
stopLoss1 -> qty 4 -> $2097 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1"

if price hits profitTarget1 what is the expected behavior?
a) Are all remaining orders canceled?
b) other profit targets remain intact, but stopLoss1 qty is adjusted to 3

if expected behavior is a) does this mean I need to put 1 stop order per target order with individual OCO string?

Something like this:
profitTarget4 -> qty 1 -> $2303 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-4"
profitTarget3 -> qty 1 -> $2302 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-3"
profitTarget2 -> qty 1 -> $2301 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-2"
profitTarget1 -> qty 1 -> $2300 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-1"
stopLoss4 -> qty 1 -> $2097 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-4"
stopLoss3 -> qty 1 -> $2097 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-3"
stopLoss2 -> qty 1 -> $2097 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-2"
stopLoss1 -> qty 1 -> $2097 -> OCO is "OCOEntry1-1"

To answer your first question, if any orders assigned with the same OCO ID will cancel if an order is filled, so A. For the orders you reference that have the OCO ID OCOEntry1, all orders with this OCO ID will cancel if profitTarget1 is filled or if any other order is filled instead.

To answer your second question, yes, you will need to reference different OCO IDs for the corresponding orders you would like canceled. Your example is perfect.
