When I launched NT8 today and connected to Rithmic only my Jigsaw price ladder was updating with real time data, all my charts are frozen with Friday's close being the last price and nothing is updated.
I have tried to delete cache, open new charts, workspaces etc. but nothing changes. I have also connected to an alternative data feed with the same same.
I have the log and trace saved and can send them if needed.
