BuySell Volume not working

Hello,

I loaded historical tick data into NT8 and I'm trying to plot historical Buy Sell Volume using the included indicator. It shows just red bars which are equal to total candle volume. The Data Box is showing that the buy and sell volumes on each bar are both equal to the total volume, which is obviously a mistake.

I did check the box named "tick replay" on the chart under "data series" and did the same under Tools/Options/Market Data/Historical. I have already restarted NT8.

What is wrong?

Who are you connecting to for data?

What instrument (and expiry if a future) and interval are you testing?

I attempted to reproduce this behavior, however, I am unable to reproduce while connected to a Continuum Demo for data.

Do you have a connection to Continuum setup to test with?

If so, if you take the exact steps as shown in the video do you experience different behavior?
