moving protective stop orders

On NT 8, if you have the right kind of mouse, you can place a protective stop by holding down the CTRL key and tapping the middle mouse button (which is just the scroll wheel on most mice). However, it does not appear that, once placed, this stop order can be moved up or down like a regular stop limit order. With the latter, you click on the blue pending order in the DOM and then click up or down, wherever you want to move the resting order. This doesn't seem to work with pending protective stop orders. If so, this would be a severe limitation to daytraders, so I suppose I'm missing something.
Does anybody know how to move a protective stoploss order?

edit: additional: it also appears that, once a single protective stop is placed at one price, you can't place another stoploss at a different price until the first one is cancelled. Is this correct?

Thank you for your post.

The functions you describe differ from how the platform should work. When placing a stop using the middle mouse button you should be able to move it using the click-and-click method as with a stop limit order.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
