Accounts tab shows zero balance for brokerage account

Hello,

I have connected to my live Interactive Brokers account, executed several live buy and sell orders via NinjaScript and all of the balances in the account tab show zero (excluding Gross Realized PnL and Realized PnL).

How do I fix this?

Thanks for posting.

An Interactive Brokers account connection should populate all columns of the Accounts tab of the Control Center outside of Excess Equity Overnight. So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170522.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
