Invalid Instrument MERVAL BUENOS AIRES

Hi guys, my name is Jorge I´m using NT8, I can´t get some instruments from Merval ( Buenos Aires ) . I can´t import this information from Historical Data. I´m conected to Mi/s google; My google ; and Yahoo but...nothing

When I put some ticker it say´s "Invalid Instrument ,Please select a different instrument". I tried different forms but nothing.

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170518.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
