Unable to clear out cache data

Hello,

When I start the ninjatrader, It show me a window with a message: Unable to clear out cache data.
I can see the message in the log tab:

And all my charts with tick replay data are loaded without tick replay data, and I have to disabled tick replay data, re load and active tick replay data, in all my charts.

How can I fix the error?

I have the 8.0.6.1 version, but I have the same error from 8.0.4 or before.

I have repaired and reseted the DB

Thank you for your post,

To test, I suggest clearing the data cache.

Shut down NinjaTrader.
Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > db folder.
Delete the sub-folder named 'cache'.
Restart NinjaTrader and test.

If you still see the same error when launching, can you please let me know if you see the same errors when launched in Safe Mode?

Safe Mode will prevent NinjaTrader from:

Loading workspaces.
Connecting on start-up.
Loading custom assemblies.
Getting instrument updates from the server.

To enable safe mode, please use the following steps:

Exit NinjaTrader.
Hold the CONTROL key and double click the NinjaTrader icon.
Keep the CONTROL key held down until you see the Control Center.
You can verify you are in safe mode by going to Help -> About.
