Is there a way to draw on more than one indicator panel.
i.e. Panel 2, 3 etc. such that from one indicator I can calculate separate indicator
plots to separate panels.

Yes Please submit it. Also add creating an overload for both the Plots and all the draw commands which is the Panel to which the text/line/arrow should be drawn.
