PC or server for submitted orders?

Once submitted are the following orders held on your local PC, on NinjaTrader's server or at the exchange?

#1 Stop loss
#2 Limit order
#3 MIT

I'm wondering what would happen to an unfilled NT8 order if my computer crashed or internet connection was severed.

If these orders are submitted as OCO orders with an ATM strategy, the OCO information will be pertinent to your particular inquiry.
