I have switched to a different computer and since connecting my IB account to NT8 there I have some problems with my information not updating.
In the Accounts tab, the balance of my IB margin account says $0 across the board. I have tried placing an order (purposely to not fill) as I saw on another forum post but that did not help to update it.
All my minute charts look odd. The bars all look blocky because they don't seem to be positioned correctly. I uploaded a screenshot. Can anyone assist me with these two issues?
