Problems since switching to a different computer

Hi,

I have switched to a different computer and since connecting my IB account to NT8 there I have some problems with my information not updating.

In the Accounts tab, the balance of my IB margin account says $0 across the board. I have tried placing an order (purposely to not fill) as I saw on another forum post but that did not help to update it.

All my minute charts look odd. The bars all look blocky because they don't seem to be positioned correctly. I uploaded a screenshot. Can anyone assist me with these two issues?

The data looks like the tick size may be incorrect, but I would need more information to make an accurate diagnosis of what is occurring in your case.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
