If I open some modal windows e.g., Conditions for strategy builder as attached, I can't open all other windows in strategy builder like the Chart windows. Is there a way to avoid this?

Thank you for the post.
In this situation this would be the nature of the windows being used, unfortunately, there would not be a workaround while these type of windows are open.
I will put in a feature request to allow for non-modal windows to be used instead.
I look forward to being of further assistance.
