Hi, whenever i open a chart, i can only load the daily chart. When i try to view any closer timelines, for example 1min or 15min, the chart is blank without any message or loading indicator. I am using the kinetick- End of day free data connection, do i have to pay for data to get more precise charts?

Thank you for posting in our forum. The Kinetick- End of Day connection will only provide data on a daily time frame or greater.
For intraday time frames, you will need to connect to a data provider which supports smaller intervals (1min, 15min, etc).
