NinjaTrader stopped working

I have a problem when I apply my custom indicator on charts when multiple workspaces are open at the same time.

I see a windows message telling me that NinjaTrader stopped working.

I have attached the Event viewer Application error log

Started to have problem yesterday. Was working fine before.

Thanks for writing in.

If you have started encountering issues after you have imported a custom NinjaScript, I would suggest to contact the developer of that NinjaScript and notify them of the error you are receiving.

These errors are noted in the log file and can be viewed from the log tab of the Control Center. The NinjaScript that is throwing the error will be noted as well as the type of error you are receiving.

If you are encountering errors not related to a NinjaScript you have imported or you have questions about the errors you are receiving, please write in to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your log and trace files and please include the thread URL and the text "ATTN Jim"

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
