NT 8 - Is it possible add two timing in the bottom side of a chart ?

the question: is it possible to add two different timing in the bottom side of a chart, i.e. Us local time N.Y. and Europe time (France-Paris or Uk-London or Danish local time) ?

This would not be possible with the native features of the platform, but may be possible through custom programming. If you are not a programmer yourself, you could enlist the help of a third party vendor that could assist with the creation of such an item.
