Commissions not appearing Strategy Analyzer NT8

I have taken all proper steps to include commissions for backtests on the strategy analyzer, and still commissions do not show up.

Right click account->Commissions->NinjaTrader Brokerage Lifetime

Strategy Analyzer-> Check "Include Commission"

0 for commissions.

What gives?

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170430.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

Same Problem

Did you guys figure out what was wrong? I have the exact same issue, followed the same steps and 0 commissions in the strat analyzer.

I would encourage you to write in using the instructions in our previous post to investigate this matter as well.

I'm having the same issue. I think I can speak for most people who find this post, some simple troubleshooting would be helpful on this thread. I'll send my log and trace files to support. Still, it might be nice if we could get some troubleshooting help without the drawn-out process of sending in an email, waiting for the reply (it's the weekend), and then hopefully getting a resolution. Thanks for your help in advance.
