CPU's

Hello,
I'm struggling to improve the performance on the strategy Analyzer.
For instance, I have a machine with 4 xeon cpu's (each with 6 cores) and can't make use of all the processors.

I have installed windows 2016 with 4 physical cpu's;
windows 10 entreprise with 2 physical cpu's;
and also vmware esxi (with windows 10 entreprise)

In all cases it seems that NinjaTrader only make use of 8 cores(on the % utilization chart)

If i add more cpu's the % usage decreases, exp: with 24 cores the usage is less than 50%

Is there a option to make NInjatrader spam threads across all cores when running Strategy Analyzer?

Thank you for your post.

There is no option to force NinjaTrader to utilize all cores and threads. NinjaTrader should be using all available cores and threads for it's functions.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.
