bug on 8.0.6.0

I upgraded from 8.0.5.2 to 8.0.6.0 today, and can no longer use the program without an internet connection. I often debug, look at data, etc while offline. Now suddenly I cannot do that.

Upon starting up the program, I get a message saying NT cannot connect to license server, then I click OK. That was fine. In 8.0.5.2 the program would then go on to load. But with 8.0.6.0 after clicking OK I get a windows error and the program fails to load. When I have an active internet connection, program loads without problem
