A Direct X Error

I have a customer from Australia that gets the following error coming from my indicator :

ERROR: A direct X error has occurred while rendering the chart: Value does not fall within the expected range. HR Code -2147024809

Here's other info coming from the trace file :

He is actually the only one that shows this error.

Have you heard about this problem before ?

Thanks for posting.

I would recommend advising the user to write in at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In their message please ask that they include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files.

The user will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170425.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
