Import Function for Trading Hours Holidays

If you want to regard holiday sessions somehow in a backtest that runs over several years of historical data, then the current holiday session list that starts at 2015 is insufficient. The current option to enter each holidaysession manually is too cumbersome if you have to do it for several years and several session templates.

I would like to suggest an import function that makes it possible to import holiday sessions from a textfile. The main advantage would be that:
- historical holiday session lists will be shared through the NT forum so that not every member has to supplement their own holiday session lists
- that the members of the NT community will be able to cooperate in creating and checking the quality of the historical holiday session lists
