Ruler Bug

The latest version of Ninjatrader has a bug which causes information contamination on the Ruler Label when switching instruments.

Steps to reproduce:

- Open a chart, and use the Ruler.
- Leave the Ruler & its label on the chart
- Switch to another Instrument
- Switch back to the original instrument

Note that the ruler label now displays the wrong instrument name.... Furthermore, when switching between instruments with different TickSize, (e.g JPY) it also shows the shows the Y-Value using the wrong TickSize formatting/rounding.

I have attached a screenshot which shows a GBPJPY Chart with a ruler showing EURAUD information.
