missing data from 11th to 24th April.

What causes my charts to go from correct level to 0 and back to correct level? This is a range from the 11th April to 24th April. I can't seem to correct this? Any ideas why this has suddenly happened? It is only intraday charts that are affected. It has only happened since I upgraded to version 8.6 from previous version 8.5.

This appears to be due to incorrect data. Please clear the cache and then test the charts again. To clear the cache please shut down NinjaTrader > go to the following directory on your PC: Documents\NinjaTrader 8\db\cache > delete all contents of the cache folder > start NinjaTrader and check your charts.

Please let me know if this resolves the matter.

Thanks Patrick but unfortunately the problem still persists. It only affect the emini's for some reason?
