Ninja freezes

Hi,
When I was done with backtesting. i wanted to start over again and switched back to the start. when i did this the system was thinking. but now it freezes. it does not load the charts anymore. I have to close Ninja with ctrl alt del. when I start up ninja again I still go the same window. what can i do to resolve this?
