    Data wont update

    Hello I just started a new account with NT brokerage. (Dorman) I have the continuum data feed. I have subscriptions for my desired instrument. they load but will not update unless I hit update historical data. I have NT 7
    Also there is no level 2 data. I am not sure if that is related or if I have to have a separate data subscription for that. I did not see that choice.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

    Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
