no audible alerts

Good morning. Was using NT7 with custom software and audible alerts worked fine. Now with NT8 audible alerts isn't working. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your post,

To test, go to Start > Search "Adjust System Volume" > Press Enter.

In the following window, is NinjaTrader 8 listed to make sounds currently? If not listed at all, go to the Control Center's Tools > Options menu to verify what sounds are enabled, then use NinjaTrader to create a sound ( I suggest using Connection).

Are you using a Direct Edition license? If so, alerts will display, but without sound. You can add PlaySound to your Alert code section as a workaround.
