Rithmic Connection Issue

I am trying to connect Rithmic to NT8. I am able to receive historical data for continuous contracts and I am able to get live and historical data for normal futures contract. However I am not able to obtain live data for continuous contracts, for example ES or NQ. I have checked with my broker and they say I am enabled for the live data. I have checked with Rithmic and I am receiving live continuous contract data. (I am able to draw live charts in R Trader Pro for continuous contracts.) I am being told the issue is at NinjaTrader end. Can anyone suggest something I can do to receive live data for continuous contracts in NT8? Thank you.

Thanks for posting.

This would be expected, as Continuous Contract data is not supported with Rithmic in NinjaTrader. This would also be the case with CQG, Continuum, and NinjaTrader Continuum. However, with a "MergeBackAdjsuted" Merge Policy setting under Tools -> Options -> Market data, the previous contracts' data would be automatically adjusted and merged with the current contract's historical data in the same way a Continuous Contract would.
