Adding XAUUSD (Gold) - FXCM

Hello,

I'm having trouble adding gold and silver instruments to NT8.
I added all my instruments to a custom indicator list.

I also added @XAUUSD and @XAGUSD (=$XAUUSD and $XAGUSD in NT7). Both show a blank chart after loading.

Adding @XAU/USD yields me an error "Unknown instrument" but live bars are plotted after that.

The FXCM webpage didn't give me any other indaction on a different instrument name.

Would it help changing the instrument properties somewhow?
How could I add gold and silver to NT8?

So that I may investigate I would ask that you contact me by email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170410.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.
