Probably NT8 Bug

Hi,

in NT8 log window I saw some of these messages:

Time Category Message
4/10/2017 10:05:49 PM NinjaScript Chart rendering to a software bitmap failed. There is likely a problem with a chart object's render method. D2D error = 'Upgradeable lock may not be acquired with read lock held.'

After that the plaftorm crashed (I'm currently using the latest NT8 release); I don't know if it's releted but when that happened I was adding some alerts in some chart windows.

Can you please clarify if you have any third party items within NinjaTrader and if the alerts were accessing these third party items?

Hi Ryan,

no 3rd party items; the alerts were just checking crossing conditions between plots of my indicators.
As I said I'm not sure if that issue is related to alerts configuration.
