Executing orders through RTP

Hope this is the right place to ask this:

I have a NT lifetime license but I will be using the RapidTrader stand alone platform from Jigsaw. I have a NinjaTrader brokerage account and with a lifetime license I pay less commission fees than leasing or having a free one. So my question is, having a lifetime license but executing my orders through RTP will mean no commission discounts?

Does using RTP makes my lifetime license useless? if so, which commissions will be applied?
