Nt8052 tda doesn't reconnect

I got an actual disconnect this time.

It tried once and stays yellow in connecting state.

My other machine was forcibly disconnected after 1 hour around the same time.

And didn't do anything about it.

If you are using NinjaTrader 8, you can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.

We did not receive your log and trace files. Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments in an email to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and a reference to this thread in the body of the email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

Yeah, I've been busy.

Had some internet issues also, my cable went down. Rithmic went offline and reconnected. TDA had no clue and stayed connected the whole time!!!! and when internet came back, TDA was dead.


I'm not the only one who has complained about this kind of stuff. Fix the software.
