Market scanner and alert generator

Hello again

I m doing a lot of reaserch so far but i have hard time finding what i m looking for, basically i have an issue that as soon as i find a trending stock, the run is over.

What i m looking for is a scanner that can help me be at the edge of the trend and get alerted in the alert box as soon as it pop.

Sure i m looking already at the Hot List but i need to know its cycle tondetermine if i m too late

Does anyone have an idea what i can do to improve this aspect?
