Hello Trader17,

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 8.0.X.0)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you. I am on 8.0.5.2 version. Do not see anything on it to input or change a symbol. It is totally blank. Have sent an email as am not sure if this is the right spot for such support.

Hello Trader17,

It may be blank because you have not selected an instrument.

Right-click the Time & Sales window -> select Instruments -> select an Instrument.

Thank you so much. I was using another platform before and it would populate the T&S with the open chart symbol. Got it working like you told me.
