Can a OCO order be placed after a position has been opened manually? How?

It would not be possible to assign an OCO ID to an order that has already been submitted and accepted.

Thanks for your reply.

Though I'm not sure if this would be possible since the order would have already been accepted, but I'm happy to submit this as a Feature Request to the Development Team to investigate this as a possible addition to future releases.

Once an OCO is sent after a fill will it be kept on your servers? And can I move them on my end on the DOM or chart if I want to after the fill?

Some supported data providers do support OCO on server side, while some do not support server side OCO. More information at the below forum thread:

If an order is submitted with OCO, modifying the order should not have any effect on the OCO pairing.
