Kinetick: unable to choose Globex No-Pro Fees

Hi
I have 2 machines. I use one pc to trade and the other one to do R&D. How can I use Kinetick on both my machines pse? It seems it only accepts to be connected once. Is there an additionnal fee for that purpose?

Hello jakjak74,

Please follow the steps below to validate your eligibility for the Globex Non-Pro Fees and add the real-time Globex futures data to your Kinetick subscription:

Have your live NinjaTrader license entered
Select "Participate in the Globex Non-Pro Fees" within the connection settings for Kinetick. If the connection is already set up, select at "Tools > Account Connections > Kinetick > Change > Next > Next"
Connect to Kinetick and your broker's data feed at the same time
Check the log tab of the Control Center for the validation message
Once you have received the validation message with the log tab of the Control Center, please select the Non-Pro exchange fees that you would like to add from the following link:

To be able to have multiple active connections to Kinetick you would need multiple Kinetick accounts.
