TO PLATFORM SUPPORT TEAM

i have sent several emails this morning to platform support and have received no replies, not even the usual automated ''no-response-required'' receipt acknowledgements.

there is a history of my emails randomly not getting thru to platform support, however not lately until today.

please send me a test email to which i can respond as a test if i get it.
i have no problem with providing my email address in this thread if it's ok to do so, but i'm guessing you have ready access to my email address.

The auto reply/acknowledgement are sent when new support cases are opened; because you replied to an ongoing ticket, it's expected for there to be no auto response.

I can confirm that we received your response, Shawn will be calling as soon as he's available.
