Problems playing back market replay data

So ive downloaded some data from www.marketreplaydata.com, but when i load it up on a chart in playback connection, im trying to play it back on my tick chart but it just keeps loading one huge candlestick instead of seperate candlesticks of 233 tick intervals. Is this a known problem and is there an easy solution for it?

Are you seeing the same with replay data downloaded via Tools > Historical Data > Load tab > Get Market Replay data?

If not, then I suggest contacting the vendor with the issue you are experiencing with their data.
