Why is real account not loading?

I have updated to the new version, and restarted my computer, now my live account is not loading up. From the chart trader I can only select sim101. prior to the restart, I had both options in the drop down list.

What is going on now? This software is getting exhausting, I spend so much time troubleshooting...

Dont worry about this request, I worked it out. After the restart it loaded a demo license key. Why? I have no idea but there it is.

There are several reasons this could occur, however, it would be impossible for me to accurately answer you without more detail from your log and trace files. I believe you also wrote in to us via email with this issue. If you'd like to investigate further, please reply to that email.
