Error installing NT8

When I attempt to install NT8.0.5.2, it fails with a 'NinjaTrader 8 Setup Wizard ended prematurely'. It rolls back any changes made. After the installation attempt, I can not start NT8, nor can I UNINSTALL NT8! Trying to uninstall, fails with a rollback and nothing is removed. And I still can not start NT8...
So...what's next...

I suggest running the below, publicly available Fix It utility by Microsoft. This program is able to look into many Windows items that may be stopping the install, first use it to Uninstall NinjaTrader.

After this is complete, make sure the NinjaTrader 8 folder is removed at C:/Program Files (x86) / "NinjaTrader 8"

Once this is complete, download and run NinjaTrader from the link below.
