New Instrument proplem

Hello,
I'm trying to add a list of instruments trading at ARCA (JKL and IWN for example). I'm with IBrokers and can see all the data on IB charts.
I've added the instruments (see pic.), marked ARCA and Default as exchanges, but no data on NT8 charts at all.
What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for your post,

To test, open a chart that is able to receive data then type "JKL ARCA" > Press Enter, on my end this allowed me to switch to the stock with IB. "IWN ARCA" > Enter worked as well.

What this does is create a stock instrument that can be found in Tools > Instrument. Upon reviewing the settings on my end, it appears these are the same as you have posted,

If you still see the same, can you please let me know what chart interval is selected?
