Are there any plans to integrate Oanda forex broker with NT8?

Hi,

The last post about Oanda and Ninjatrader platform was like 5+ years ago. Are there any updates on this progress? Oanda forex broker has shown to be far more superior than GAIN Capital/Forex.com. This is keeping me and possibly many others from using Ninjatrader for forex trading.

Question however - are we going to log into the same way you would with Forex.Com or the way we use to with FXCM? I don't see Oanda under connections>available.

Its configured using a NinjaTrader Continuum connection.

That would mean opening an account with NT as well correct? As I understand it requires a minimum of 1,000.00 US to open?

Also - will the commissions and spreads be the same as Oanda or as offered by NT? If as offered by NT is there a comparison between NT and Oanda?

Wow in your infinite wisdom, you can only have one cqg adapter running at once so can not connect to futures and oanda simultaneously (nt futures and oanda fx accounts).

Actually you can, our affiliate NinjaTrader Brokerage will be able to put both your futures and Oanda forex account within a single logon.
