Unable to retrieve account information with IB

Hello,
In the Control Centre, all the account informations are 0 (Buying power, Cash value,...) with IB real account and paper trading account. The informations are correctly displayed for Sim101.
I use IB gateway. I have also checked with TWS and there is exactly the same issue.
Trying to get the information from script

Account.Get(AccountItem.BuyingPower, Currency.Euro )

gives also 0 for Buying Power, for Cash Value.

Where is the problem ?

Have you placed an order to either of the accounts? In general an account update must be received from the brokerage connection in order to update the Account Values.

Yes, there are 4 running orders on the paper trading account.

We are not seeing this on our end. May I ask you to send over your log and trace files so we may look into this matter further?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support. Please list 'ATTN: Patrick H' in the subject line and reference this thread in the body of the email.
