MTF Data Sync Problem with Tick Bar Charts

I have seen this many time before and produced some fairly simple ways of catching it but I need something I can build into an indicator.

Problem: I have MTF data series that are even multiples of each other. That do not properly sync up. I see this visually with indicators not properly correlating with HTF charts.

Calculation is on Bar Close, there is BarsinProgress 0,1,2,3. Each close of a Higher time Frame should fall on the boundry of the lower time frame bars. Understanding that which gets processed first can vary does anyone have some suggestion as to the best way to code the simplest logic to detect that the bars are out of sync. I have shown this problem before but I am not sure any of the ninja techs have been able to reproduce it and I was fighting the problem all weekend using playback.

I can't project why that might not work until I try it. But that may just be the kind of simple solution to
keep tabs on this issue I am looking for, its worth a shot.
